For my second capstone project, I chose to redesign the Carnival Cruise Line website. I focused on improving the booking flow to make planning a cruise more seamless and user-friendly. I conducted user research and synthesized findings to guide design decisions, then created low-fidelity wireframes for key screens such as the homepage, search results, sailing details, booking, account, and comparison pages. Due to time constraints, the project represents a partial redesign, but it demonstrates my approach to improving usability, streamlining navigation, and designing for responsiveness across devices. This project allowed me to practice applying research insights to real-world design challenges and iterate on solutions that balance business goals with user needs.
