Hi, I’m Brendan!
I am a UX Designer with a background in science and creativity. I grew up in South Florida and earned degrees in Biology and Natural & Applied Sciences from Florida International University. Originally planning on going to dental school, I realized it wasn’t what I truly wanted. A close friend encouraged me to explore UX design, and once I did, it instantly felt like the right direction.
I’ve always loved building and creating. As a kid, that meant playing with Legos and dreaming up ideas. As I got older, that creativity shifted toward technology. I started making YouTube videos, editing thumbnails and logos, and learning tools like Adobe Photoshop and Premiere. Those hobbies turned into real skills that led to jobs in content creation and design—even before I formally entered the field of UX.
UX design became the space where everything clicked. It lets me bring together creativity, problem-solving, and a desire to help people. My science background helps me think through research with structure, while my experience connecting with others helps me design with empathy. Whether I’m freelancing or collaborating on a team, I’m excited to keep growing and creating meaningful user experiences.
